Q. What is my login?
A. Your login is the same email address you use to book your classes! If you haven’t created a login yet, simply download our custom app (linked above) and it will prompt you to create your profile.

Q. Can I see what number I am on the waitlist?
A. You sure can! You’ll be able to see how many spots are booked in each class, as well as what number you are on the waitlist.

Q. Can I update my billing details on the app?
A. Yes! Head to ACCOUNT→ PAYMENT METHODS. From here, you can add or update your credit card or bank account details, or redeem a gift voucher.

Q. What else can I do on the app?
A. So much! You can check notifications from the studio, view previous purchases, see your activity and rewards, complete forms, check your schedule, purchase passes and, of course, book your classes!
