Strawberry Santa’s

Ready in 5 mins.

Ingredients

• 1 pint strawberries

• 1 banana

• ½ cup thick cream

• Black gel icing

Method

1. Cut base of strawberry flat and even then, cut strawberry in half again and place to side.

2. Cut banana into small slices and place to side.

3. Assemble Santa’s with flat bottom strawberry, cream, banana, cream then the rest of the strawberry on top.

4. Add eye dot with black get icing.

5. Store in fridge in a container.
