Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup milk (your choice!)

  • ¼ cup Greek yoghurt

  • 1 banana

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon LSA

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon honey or rice malt syrup

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, then serve or refrigerate.
