Breakfast Smoothie

Serves 1.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (your choice!)

  • ¼ cup Greek yoghurt

  • ¼ cup berries

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tablespoon rolled oats

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon LSA

  • 1 teaspoon almonds

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, then serve or refrigerate.
