Overnight Oats

Serves 1.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup Greek yoghurt

  • ¼ cup berries

  • 2 tablespoons flaked almonds

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Method

1. Combine all of the ingredients together in a bowl or container.

2. Cover and refrigerate overnight (minimum of 5 hours).
